680 or higher Fico Scores across the board.
Must have a cct login (creditchecktotal).
3 - 4 open tradelines.
DTI (Debt to Income) 45% or lower.
Can only have at least 6 Inquiries in the past sixty days....Some execptations can be made.
Must be serious about getting funding and follow all funding procedurees. No upfront fees, back end fee 15%.
Procedures: Once cct login is sent to us the processor will review file, an estimated amount will be provided. Once estimated amount is provided client will advise if they want to move foward. Once this is advised an application and credit authorization form will be sent out to you the client to be filled out thoroughly. When returning filled out application, please attach a copy of ssn card and utility bill and a copy of id.
Once app and doc is received application is submitted and goes into processing. Funding takes 48 - 72 hrs via fedex.
Banks: USAA, KeyBank, West Bank, Penfed etc are some of the banks we use. USAA funds will be the first to be sent out. They usaully fund 20k. Passwords and Logins will be provided once card is received.
IMP: These are lines of credit and not credit cards, cards will also come with checks.
