Seeking for summer sublease * Available ASAP I am looking for someone to take over my apartment in the Heights ASAP! It's a 572 sqft2 apartment, one room/1 bathroom at Stone wood Apartments. Easy commute to downtown, midtown, etc. My current rent that I pay is about $350 and does not include utilities. Lease ends in July and you would have the option to renew of course. I am looking to move out ASAP this month. You would begin making payments by June 1 for the lease transfer. I love this neighborhood and have lived here for almost 3 years.
